WIS Midwest: Self Defense Class

This is a 3 hour self-defense class that will touch on Anti-Kidnapping Defense, Close Quarters Defense, and Ground Defense. As more women travel solo we want to make sure we are equipped with the skill sets to defend ourselves when presented with unforeseen and potentially dangerous situations.
